I grow from sharing with others and having others share with me, so I thank you for that.

I like your quote about boundaries, it makes so much sense to me. As creators of our own reality, it really is only us who fences us in. I see that so clearly, yet so often I am guilty of repeating the same mistakes!

I love the idea of the droplet that contains the ocean - it's amazingly beautiful. Sometimes I feel that we are already there, we've just not realised or entered into it as yet. It's where I want to be, however.

I will visit your Blog, I would like to read what you have to say - I just need to get this weekend out of the way as I am pretty tied up at the moment - but more about that on todays entry!

Thank you again, Abdur, and the brightest of blessings.Andyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03474171962206192207noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5832825231349391049.post-44202820794509852092008-06-12T16:03:00.000+01:002008-06-12T16:03:00.000+01:00Peace Andy,A very beautiful post indeed. Thank yo...Peace Andy,

A very beautiful post indeed. Thank you for sharing it. I can relate to much of what you say. This sentence struck me in particular: 'It is only me who limits me'. I have come to much the same realisation of late. It expressed itself to me as 'there are no boundaries, save those I choose to draw for myself'.

Your reference to water in this regard is very interesting. I have written something on a very similar topic of late here: http://thecorner.wordpress.com/2008/06/08/looking-towards-the-deep-end/ (feel free to stop by and read as you like, or to ignore).

The Sufi tradition to which I aspire talks of the drop of water and the ocean - in all sorts of ways. Not only is the drop part of the ocean, it is also possible for the drop to become/contain the ocean (though I'm not anywhere near there yet!!)

Thank you for an interesting post. I have been enjoying sharing in your journey, as it adds strength and a sense of community to my own.

Abdur RahmanAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
